Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about caring for and purchasing your Le Creuset cookware.
What is covered under the Le Creuset Lifetime Warranty?
Le Creuset offers a limited lifetime warranty on our enameled cast iron cookware, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty applies to the original owner and ensures your investment is protected for generations.
How do I properly clean and maintain my enameled cast iron?
For best results, allow your cookware to cool before washing. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft nylon brush. Avoid using metallic pads or harsh abrasive cleaners. For stubborn food residue, soak the pan in warm water with a small amount of baking soda.
Are Le Creuset products compatible with induction cooktops?
Yes, all Le Creuset enameled cast iron and stainless steel cookware collections are fully compatible with induction stovetops, as well as gas, electric, and ceramic glass surfaces.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 45 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
Can I use metal utensils with my Le Creuset cookware?
While our enamel is durable, we recommend using silicone, wood, or heat-resistant plastic utensils to prevent scratching or marking the surface over time.
